Robert BUSTRILLO-VASQUIEZ, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Criminal Illegal Immigrant from Honduras, was captured on September 26, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas. Working off investigative information, Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Criminal Investigations Division (CID) Special Agents, along with Texas DPS Highway Patrol Troopers, located and arrested BUSTRILLO at a job site. BUSTRILLO-VASQUIEZ has a history of being deported from the United States dating back to 2010, with the most recent deportation occurring in February 2018. He has served time in federal prison for felony reentry of a deported alien. Additionally, in 2013 and 2014, he was arrested by the Austin Police Department multiple times for assault.BUSTRILLO-VASQUIEZ had been wanted out of Bexar Co. since August 11, 2025, for aggravated kidnapping bodily injury/sexual abuse, aggravated sexual assault and smuggling of persons.BUSTRILLO-VASQUIEZ’s arrest was not from tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.
