The Inspiring Women Leaders (IWL) Conference is designed to inspire and enrich women leaders in law enforcement by focusing on the value each unique individual contributes to the law enforcement community. We believe in the power of knowledge sharing and collaboration to drive growth and change. Join us in shaping the future of female leaders in law enforcement at the 2024 Inspiring Women Leaders Conference.
2024 marks the second time the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) will host the IWL Conference. Speakers from the Texas DPS, FBI Leadership, Texas Governor’s Office, Austin Police Department and many others will present at the conference.
Sessions will cover a variety of topics impacting law enforcement — and particularly female officers and leaders — including:
- Leadership;
- Mental Health;
- Active Shooter Incident Response;
- Communications;
- Interdiction for the Protection of Children;
- Diversity;
- Social Media Exploitation;
- Sexual Assault Topic;
- Climate Change in Law Enforcement; and more!
