Markeis Jamal RICHARDSON is affiliated with the Loyalty Cash Business (LCB) gang and has ties to Bowie County, including the city of Texarkana, Texas. In January 2020, RICHARDSON was convicted in Texas of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and subsequently sentenced to 10 years’ probation. Additionally, in April 2020, he was convicted in Arkansas of two counts of Delivering a Controlled Substance. On June 22, 2022, multiple warrants were issued by Texarkana Police Department (Texas) for RICHARDSON's arrest for Robbery, Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity – Aggravated Assault, and Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity – Money Laundering. On July 11, 2022, multiple warrants were issued out of Bowie County for his arrest for Probation Violations (Original Offenses: Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity (X2) and Engage in Organized Criminal Activity (X3)). Also, on July 22, 2022, a warrant was issued out of Arkansas for his arrest for Parole Violation (Original Offense: Deliver a Controlled Substance (X2)).
