Mack Arthur KIZZEE III, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive affiliated with the Bloods gang, was captured on July 18, 2024, by the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, in Houston, Texas.In 2015, KIZZEE was convicted of Aggravated Robbery with a Deadly Weapon and subsequently sentenced to 10 years’ confinement in TDCJ prison. He was released on parole from TDCJ in January 2022. In January 2023, he was arrested by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon. He subsequently bonded out of jail. KIZZEE had been wanted since January 2023, after the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a warrant for his arrest for Parole Violation. Additionally, in January 2023, a warrant was issued for his arrest out of Montgomery County for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.KIZZEE’s arrest was not from tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.
