Tieon Lashad LEGAN, affiliated with the Bloods gang, was taken into custody on June 1, 2021 in Fort Worth, Texas. Working off tip information, DPS Special Agents and Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office Deputies located and arrested LEGAN at an apartment complex in Fort Worth. In 2015, LEGAN was sentenced to 7 years’ confinement in TDCJ prison after he was convicted in Tarrant County for three counts of Aggravated Robbery with a Deadly Weapon. LEGAN had been wanted since May 2020, after the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a Parole Violation warrant for his arrest. Additional warrants for his arrest were issued in July 2020 by the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office for Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon and Possession of Marijuana. The arrest was the result of tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers and a reward was paid.
