Hector Daniel SILVA has ties to El Paso County, including the city of Fabens, Texas. In 2023, SILVA was convicted of Possession of Controlled Substance. In 2024, SILVA was convicted of Prohibited Substance/Item in a Correctional/Civil Commitment Facility. On June 6, 2025, a warrant was issued out of El Paso County for his arrest for Aggravated Kidnapping for Ransom/Reward, Burglary of Habitation with Intent to Commit Other Felony, and Aggravated Robbery.
