Joseph Joshua HARRIS, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, was captured on March 27, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas. Working off investigative information, San Antonio Police Department’s Covert Unit and Street Crime Unit coordinated with each other to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle HARRIS was seen getting in to. HARRIS was arrested without further incident.Since October 2023, HARRIS had been arrested and charged with Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, Theft of Firearm, Evading Arrest/Detention, Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon, Burglary of Vehicles, and Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity. HARRIS had been wanted since February 2025, after multiple warrants were issued out of Bexar County for his arrest for Capital Murder by Terror Threat and Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle.
