In January 1984, Charles Edwin KLEIN was convicted in Dallas County of sexually assaulting an 11-year old girl in Irving, Texas. In May 1991, KLEIN was convicted in Dallas County again, this time of Indecency with a Child by Exposure following an incident with a 16-year old boy.In 2004, KLEIN absconded from the Dallas area while on parole. He is currently wanted by the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles for Parole Violation (original offense: Indecency with a Child). The Dallas County Sheriff’s Office also issued a warrant for his arrest in October 2007 for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
