Jose Armando MEZA is a criminal alien from Mexico with ties to Laredo, Texas. Between 2014 and 2019, MEZA was arrested in Laredo for Assault of a Public Servant, Criminal Trespass, Possession of Marijuana, Assault Causes Bodily Injury to a Family Member, and Alien Inadmissibility. In January 2020, MEZA was removed from the United States. Between 2021 and 2023, MEZA was arrested by Laredo PD for Aggravated Assault Date/Family/Household Member with Weapon, Unlawful Restraint: Expose to Serious Bodily Injury, Assault of a Pregnant Person, Injury to Child/Elderly/Disabled with Intent of Bodily Injury, and Resisting Arrest. In August 2023, MEZA was removed again from the United States. On November 15, 2023, a warrant was issued out of Webb County for his arrest for Fail to Appear (Unlawful Restraint: Expose to Serious Bodily Injury).
