Tyrice Dupree LOWERY is a documented Bloods gang member and convicted sex offender required to register annually. He has ties to Midland and Bexar counties, including the cities of Midland and San Antonio, Texas.In October 2010, LOWERY was convicted in Midland County of Sexual Assault, Aggravated Robbery, and Evading Arrest and Detention w/Vehicle. The Sexual Assault conviction involved a 27-year-old female victim. LOWERY was subsequently sentenced to 5 years in TDCJ prison. He was discharged from TDCJ in 2016. Since 2022, LOWERY has been arrested a number of times in Bexar and Midland counties, to include charges of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Aggravated Robbery, Assault Causes Bodily Injury to a Family Member, Assault of a Family/Household Member by Impeding Breath/Circulation, Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements, Unlawful Restraint, and Evading Arrest/Detention.On June 3, 2026, a warrant was issued out of Bexar County for LOWERY’s arrest for Probation Violation (Original Charge: Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements).
