DETAILS:

Shacory PRYOR is a convicted sex offender who is required to register annually. He has ties to the Dallas, Texas area as well as East Texas, including the cities of Overton and Kilgore. In 2002, PRYOR was convicted of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child after an incident involving a 12-year-old girl. He subsequently was sentenced to 12 years of confinement. In 2016, he was convicted of Burglary of a Habitation and sentenced to four years of confinement. On March 26, 2021, the Smith County Sheriff’s Office issued a warrant for PRYOR's arrest for Possession of Marijuana. Additionally, since December 1, 2021, the Rusk County Sheriff’s Office has issued warrants for his arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements, Tamper/Fabricate Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair, Resisting Arrest, Evading Arrest, and two counts of Possession of Marijuana.
