John MCMICKINGS is a convicted sex offender required to register annually. He has ties to El Paso and Plainview, Texas. In 2012, MCMICKINGS was convicted of Sexual Assault of a Child after an incident involving a 14-year-old girl. He was originally sentenced to five years’ probation, but his probation was revoked in 2013. He was subsequently sentenced to 10 years’ confinement and then released on parole in August 2019. On May 19, 2021, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a warrant for MCMICKINGS’ arrest for Parole Violation. Additionally, the El Paso District Attorney’s Office issued a warrant for his arrest on October 27, 2021, for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
