Bobby Joe FLORES, Jr., is a convicted sex offender required to register annually. He has ties to Duncanville, Texas, and the state of Indiana. In 2008, FLORES was convicted of Child Molesting/Intercourse after an incident involving a one-year-old girl. He was sentenced to two years’ confinement in the Indiana Department of Correction. In 2010, FLORES was convicted of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender in Indiana and sentenced to 18 months confinement. In addition, his previous Child Molesting/Intercourse sentence was increased to six years’ confinement. In 2014, FLORES was approved as an out-of-state parole transfer and moved to Texas, where he began registering as a sex offender in Duncanville, Texas. On October 24, 2019, the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office issued a warrant for his arrest for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Young Child. Additionally, the Duncanville Police Department issued a warrant for his arrest on January 27, 2020, for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.
