Elliott Thomas REED is a convicted sex offender required to register annually. He has ties to Tarrant, Dallas, and Hood Counties, including the cities of Benbrook, Fort Worth, Arlington, Dallas, and Lipan, Texas. Dating back to 2005, REED has been convicted of numerous crimes, including Sexual Assault of a Child, Evading Arrest/Detention w/Vehicle, Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Deadly Conduct, Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon, and Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member. The Sexual Assault of a Child conviction involved a 14-year-old girl in which REED received a 4 year sentence in TDCJ prison for. REED was last released on parole from TDCJ in October 2025. In early April 2026, he absconded from a Dallas-based Transitional Center. On April 4, 2026, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a warrant for REED’s arrest for Parole Violation (Original Offenses: Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Evading Arrest/Detention w/Vehicle). On May 22, 2026, a warrant was issued out of Dallas County for his arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.
