Ramon Alberto ARTOLA JR. is a convicted sex offender required to register annually. He has ties to Jefferson County, including the cities of Groves and Port Arthur, Texas. In 2001, ARTOLA was convicted in Jefferson County of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child following an incident with a 5-year-old girl. He subsequently received 10 years’ probation. The following year he violated his probation and was sentenced to 15 years confinement. On June 1, 2026, warrants were issued out of Jefferson County for ARTOLA’s arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements, Reckless Driving, and Driving While Intoxicated.
