Victor Manuel RAMOS Jr. is a convicted sex offender required to register every three months. He has ties to Burnet and Llano Counties, including the cities of Cottonwood Shores, Marble Falls, and Horseshoe Bay, Texas. In April 2025, RAMOS was convicted in Burnet County of Sexual Assault of a Child and Indecency with a Child Sexual Contact following an incident with a 16-year-old girl. He subsequently was given 10 years’ probation. On August 15, 2025, a warrant was issued out of Llano County for RAMOS’ arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements. On August 21, 2025, a warrant was issued out of Burnet County for his arrest for a Probation Violation (Original Offenses: Sexual Assault of a Child, Indecency w/Child Sexual Contact).
