Victor Manuel RAMOS, Jr., a Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender, was captured on June 21, 2026, in Marble Falls, Texas. Working off tip information, Marble Falls Police Department Officers located and arrested RAMOS at a business. Texas DPS Criminal Investigations Division (CID) Special Agents from Austin assisted in the fugitive investigation. In April 2025, RAMOS was convicted in Burnet County of Sexual Assault of a Child and Indecency with a Child Sexual Contact following an incident with a 16-year-old girl. He subsequently was given 10 years’ probation. RAMOS had been wanted since August 2025, after a warrant was issued out of Llano County for his arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements. In August 2025, a warrant was also issued out of Burnet County for his arrest for a Probation Violation (Original Offenses: Sexual Assault of a Child, Indecency w/Child Sexual Contact). RAMOS’ capture was the result of tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so a reward will be paid.
