DETAILS:

Jesse PENA Jr. is a convicted sex offender required to register every three months. He has ties to Bexar and Nueces Counties, including the cities of San Antonio and Corpus Christi, Texas. In October 2017, PENA was convicted in Bexar County of Sexual Assault of a Child following an incident with a 16-year-old female and subsequently received 5 years of probation. In November 2018, his probation was revoked and he was subsequently sentenced to 5 years confinement in TDCJ prison. PENA’s criminal history also includes charges for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Theft of Property, and Assault. On February 12, 2026, a warrant was issued out of Bexar County for his arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.
