CAPTURE DETAILS:

Kit Edward LULOW is a convicted sex offender required to register every three months. He has ties to Cass County, including the city of Hughes Springs, Texas. In 2008, LULOW was convicted in Oregon of Rape, Sexual Abuse, and Sodomy following incidents with a 13-year-old girl. He was subsequently sentenced to 75 months confinement in prison. Between 2014 and 2019, LULOW was arrested multiple times in Oregon for violating his parole. In February 2026, LULOW was arrested in Marion County, Texas, for Unlawful Possession Firearm by Felon and Possession of Child Pornography. He soon after bonded out of jail. On February 12, 2026, a warrant was issued out of Cass County for LULOW’s arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements. Additional warrants were issued on April 16, 2026, by the US District Court, Eastern District of Texas for Possession of Child Pornography and Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
