DETAILS:

Donald Steven EVANS is a convicted sex offender required to register annually. He has ties to Tarrant County, including the city of Fort Worth, Texas. In 1997, EVANS was convicted of Sexual Assault of a Child following an incident with a 14-year-old female and subsequently sentenced to 7 years confinement. Since 2007, EVANS has been convicted multiple times for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements and sentenced to serve time in a Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) prison. He was discharged from TDCJ prison in January 2018. On December 17, 2025, the Fort Worth Police Department issued a warrant for EVANS' arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.
