Larry Dewayne RIVERS, Jr., is a convicted sex offender required to register annually. He has ties to Dallas County, including the cities of Balch Springs and Dallas, Texas. In 2009, RIVERS was convicted in Dallas County of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child following an incident with a 6-year-old girl. He was subsequently sentenced to 15 years in TDCJ prison. RIVERS was discharged from TDCJ in August 2023 and required to register as a sex offender for life. On June 5, 2026, a warrant was issued out of Dallas County for his arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.
