Devonshae Aikeis FISHER is a documented Bloods gang member with ties to San Antonio, Texas. In 2012, FISHER was convicted of Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine Base and subsequently sentenced to 30 months in the Federal Bureau of Prisons. In 2015, FISHER was convicted of a Federal Probation Violation and subsequently sentenced to 6 months confinement. In 2021, FISHER was convicted in Bexar County of Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon and subsequently sentenced to 5 years of confinement in TDCJ prison. He was released on parole in April 2023. On July 23, 2024, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a warrant for FISHER's arrest for a Parole Violation (Original Offense: Felon in Possession of a Firearm). Additionally on March 26, 2025, warrants were issued out of McClain County, Oklahoma, for FISHER's arrest for Bail Jumping and FTA for Acquiring Proceeds from Drug Activity.
