DETAILS:

Hassan Haitham MUHSEN has ties to Collin County, including the city of Frisco, Texas. MUHSEN’s criminal history consists of arrests for Unlawful Carrying Weapon, Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Capital Murder by Terror Threat/Other Felony. The Capital Murder charge stems from MUHSEN’s alleged involvement in a Capital Murder that occurred in McKinney, Texas, in January 2025. Following MUHSEN’s arrest, he was released from jail on a $1,000,000 bond. MUHSEN is accused of cutting his ankle monitor off on April 24, 2026, and fleeing the area. The same day, a warrant for Capital Murder was issued out of Colin County for his arrest.The U.S. Marshals Service is also offering an additional reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to MUHSEN’s arrest.
