DETAILS:
Ismael ARIAS is a criminal illegal immigrant from Cuba with ties to Harris County, including the city of Houston, Texas. Additionally, ARIAS is a convicted sex offender required to register every three months. In August 2005, ARIAS was arrested by Miami-Dade County Sheriff's Office in Florida for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Battery, and Criminal Mischief. In September 2006, ARIAS was arrested in Hudspeth County for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and Aggravated Kidnapping. In November 2006, ARIAS was arrested in Culberson County for Sexual Assault and Kidnapping. ARIAS was later convicted in Hudspeth County of Indecency with a Child by Contact following an incident with a 13-year-old girl. He served time in Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) prison and was released on parole in July 2013. He served time from July 2013 to September 2013 in a federal detention facility in Houston, Texas, and was then subsequently released. ARIAS was discharged from TDCJ in July 2015. On April 9, 2025, a warrant was issued out of Harris County for ARIAS's arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.
