Jrdon JOE, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, was captured on January 28, 2025, in Houston, Texas. Following up on tip information received, DPS CID Special Agents assigned to the Texas Anti-Gang (TAG) Center in Houston, along with DPS Region 2 Special Response Team (SRT) members, DPS THP TAG Violent Crimes Unit, U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Fugitive Task Force, and Harris County Constable’s Office Pct. 4 Special Operations Unit, collaborated in this multi-agency fugitive investigation, to locate and arrest JOE.JOE had been wanted since August 2024, after a warrant was issued out of Harris County for his arrest for Murder, in connection to the fatal shooting of a man that occurred at 5901 North Freeway (IH-45) on July 12, 2024.JOE’s arrest was the result of tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so a reward was paid.
