David NEGRETE, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, was taken into custody on November 14, 2023, after turning himself in at the Brazoria County Jail in Angleton, Texas.NEGRETE was identified as a suspect in the shooting that occurred two days prior at the Cole’s Antique Village and Flea Market in Pearland, Texas. A 10-year-old boy was killed as a result of the shooting and four other victims were injured.On November 13, 2023, a warrant was issued out of Brazoria County for NEGRETE’s arrest for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
