ChaCha JACKSON, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender, was captured on March 21, 2022, in Bryan, Texas. Working off investigative information, DPS Special Agents, Bryan Police Department, and the Brazos County Sheriff’s Office located and arrested JACKSON at an apartment complex. JACKSON was convicted of Sexual Assault of a Child in 2013 following an incident involving a 14-year-old boy. She was sentenced to two years' confinement. In 2016, she was convicted of Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements and sentenced to three years' confinement. In 2017, she was convicted of Injury to a Child and sentenced to an additional three years' confinement. JACKSON had been wanted since May 18, 2021, after the Burleson County Sheriff’s Office issued a warrant for her arrest for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. In addition, on July 21, 2021, the Brazos County Sheriff’s Office issued a warrant for her arrest for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. The arrest was not the result of tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.
