Elimur JORDAN Jr., a Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender, was captured on March 31, 2026, in Houston, Texas, by the Houston Police Department. In 1980, JORDAN was convicted of Sexual Abuse of a Child following an incident with a 7-year-old girl and subsequently was sentenced to serve time in prison. In 1986, JORDAN was convicted of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child following an incident with a 12-year-old girl. He was subsequently sentenced to 15 years confinement. In 1992, while out on parole, JORDAN was convicted of Unlawful Possession of a Dangerous Drug and sentenced to 25 years confinement.JORDAN had been wanted since January 2026, after a warrant was issued out of Harris County for his arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.JORDAN’s arrest was not from tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.
