Richard Caballero GUERRERO III, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender, was captured on January 28, 2026, in San Antonio, Texas. In coordination with the San Antonio Police Department, DPS Special Agents responded to a location and took GUERRERO into custody without incident. In 2001, GUERRERO was convicted of Aggravated Sexual Assault of Child following an incident with a 15-year-old female. He was subsequently sentenced to 10 years confinement. In 2016, GUERRERO was convicted of Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements and subsequently received 4 years of probation. GUERRERO had been wanted since November 2025, when a warrant was issued out of Bexar County for his arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.GUERRERO’s capture was not from tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.
