Isaiah Nickolas Clark BRINKLEY, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, was captured on October 31, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas.Working off investigative information, San Antonio Police Department officers took BRINKLEY into custody after being caught in a stolen vehicle. Texas DPS Highway Patrol – TAG Troopers assisted in the arrest of BRINKLEY.In 2023, BRINKLEY was convicted of two counts of Aggravated Robbery and subsequently sentenced to 15 years confinement. BRINKLEY had been wanted since October 26, 2025, when a warrant was issued by the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles for his arrest for Parole Violation (Original Offense: Aggravated Robbery (x2)). Additionally, on October 27, 2025, a warrant was issued out of Bexar County for his arrest for Aggravated Robbery and the following day, October 28, 2025, a warrant for Tampering with a Monitoring Device was issued.BRINKLEY’s arrest was not from tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be issued.
