Tommie Delamont KELLY, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender, was captured on October 22, 2025, in Houston, Texas. Working off investigative information, DPS Special Agents, along with THP and the Texas Attorney General’s Office, located and arrested KELLY working at a car wash business.In 2011, KELLY was convicted of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child following an incident with a 12-year-old girl. He was subsequently sentenced to 11 years confinement.KELLY had been wanted since May 2025, when a warrant was issued out of Harris County for his arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.KELLY’s arrest was not from tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.
