Tyler Lee PALMER, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, was captured on October 23, 2025, in Wichita Falls, Texas. Working off investigative information, DPS Special Agents located and arrested PALMER at a motel. In 2021, PALMER was convicted of four counts of Aggravated Assault Causes Serious Bodily Injury and subsequently sentenced to 5 years’ probation for each offense. In 2022, he was convicted of Possession of Controlled Substance and subsequently sentenced to 3 years’ probation.PALMER had been wanted since May 2025, when a warrant was issued out of Wichita County for his arrest for Probation Violation (Original Offenses: Aggravated Assault Causes Serious Bodily Injury (x4) and Possession of a Controlled Substance).PALMER’s capture was not from tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.
