Hector PADILLA, Jr., a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, was captured on April 20, 2025, in Laredo, Texas. Working off investigative information, Texas DPS Special Agents located and arrested PADILLA. PADILLA has a lengthy violent criminal history out of Webb County, including multiple convictions for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. PADILLA had been wanted since December 2024, after a warrant was issued out of Webb County for his arrest for Probation Violation (Original Offense: Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon).PADILLA’s arrest was not from tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.

To be eligible for the cash rewards, tipsters must provide information to authorities using one of the following methods:
