Jesus Victor SANTANA, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender, was captured on April 9, 2025, in Pasadena, Texas. Working off investigative information, Texas DPS Criminal Investigations Division (CID) Special Agents located and arrested SANTANA.In 2016, SANTANA was convicted of Online Solicitation of a Minor Sexual Conduct following an incident with a 15-year-old female and subsequently sentenced to 4 years confinement in a TDCJ prison.SANTANA had been wanted since December 2024, when a warrant was issued out of Harris County for his arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.SANTANA’s arrest was not from tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.
