Assistance For People With Disabilities

The Department makes every effort to provide reasonable accommodations for you if you have a disability and require services at one of our local driver license offices. If you are requesting assistance, please complete and submit the required information below.

Due to the large volume of requests we receive, please allow up to two business days for a response to your email. We will make every attempt to accommodate you by making the necessary arrangements within four business days of replying to your request.
