DETAILS:

On January 1, 1994, 38-year-old Denise Brothers was reported missing. Her body was found a month later, the victim of a homicide by strangulation. In May 2018, Texas Rangers initiated a series of interviews with Samuel Little, 78, a convicted killer incarcerated in California. Little confessed to the murder, and the subsequent investigation led to an indictment in Ector County for murder. This homicide is one of the scores of homicides that Little has confessed to. On December 13, 2018, Little pled guilty and was sentenced to life in prison.
