In March of 1992 a woman's remains were found on a ranch 4 miles east of Refugio. The woman's identity is unknown. She was believed to be 20 to 35 years old and approximately 5'3" tall. A forensic examination revealed she was the victim of a homicide.
Some clothing was found with the remains. A long coat, black leotards, a short black dress, red belt, white knee-high boots, and a red earring.
From the skeletal remains, a composite drawing was composed that may resemble the victim. The victim's actual hairstyle may be completely different than what is depicted.
