DETAILS:

On 01-16-2002 the Texas Rangers and the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office initiated an investigation into the murder of Dennis Matlock. Matlock was found deceased at his residence. An autopsy was performed which determined Matlock died from a combination of physical injuries.
