DETAILS:

Beth Marie Hicks, a 36 year old white female, Adult Probation Officer, employed by the 216th Judicial District, was found deceased lying alongside her vehicle at her mobile home residence. Beth's residence was just outside of the Boerne city limits in Kendall County. Her body was discovered at 9:05 AM on Wednesday, 06-30-2004. Evidence at the scene and witness information suggests Beth was attacked as she departed for work at approximately 6:45 AM. She was very outgoing and engaged to be married. Beth was highly regarded in the community and dedicated to her duties at the Kendall County Probation Office. There has been a $25,000 reward for information leading to the prosecution of the offender.
