DETAILS:

On the evening of Sunday, 10-30-1994, 69 year old Florence Martin had not shown up for her evening shift at a local convenience store. Baylor County Deputies found Florence's body in her rural residence located east of Seymour, Texas. Florence had been shot.

On October 27, 2014, Jack Wesley Melton was convicted of Capital Murder for the death of Florence Martin. He was sentenced to life in prison.
