On 03/15/1982, Edmund Harold Webb was discovered murder at his ranch in Presidio County. Investigators later located his stolen vehicle, but the investigation went cold. Texas Rangers are hoping to utilize updated technology and the public's help to find those responsible for the murder of Webb.
