On 07/18/1996, Odessa Police Department responded to a call for service. A newborn male baby boy had been discovered in a trash dumpster behind a residence on Clifford Street in Odessa. Investigation revealed the baby had been murdered. Odessa Police Department and the Texas Rangers have exhaustively searched for answers in this case but the case remains unsolved. Despite the passage of time, Investigators continue to seek justice for this truly innocent victim. Advanced technologies and forensic analysis are being used to uncover this mystery, but Investigators want to hear from anyone who may have information on this senseless crime.
