On July 23, 2003, Sandra Brewer was discovered brutally stabbed to death in her residence. San Angelo Police Department made the discovery. Sandra was a white female, 60 years old and was often seen in the neighborhood on her three wheeled scooter. Sandra was an active member of Harris Avenue Baptist Church in San Angelo. Despite investigative efforts the case turned cold.
