Mrs. Kelley had gone camping at Balmorhea Lake with her husband. Mr. Kelley had left Mrs. Kelly at the RV while he went and looked for rocks in the area. Upon Mr. Kelley's return Dorothy Kelly was nowhere to be found. . Dorothy Kelley was last seen wearing a red plaid flannel shirt over a white button up blouse, blue jeans and SAS brand shoes. Although several searches of the area and many leads investigated Dorothy Kelly remains a missing person. Foul play is suspected in her disappearance.
