DETAILS:

On March 27, 2003, Charles Edward Langston was murdered inside the office of Charlie Langston Logging, located at 702 FM 2025 in Cleveland (Liberty County), Texas. Mr. Langston was shot to death during an apparent robbery attempt. A second person was also found shot to death at the location, Darrion Ray Randles of Coldspring. Randles was suspected to have been one of multiple actors who participated in the offense. Langston’s pickup was stolen from the location and later found abandoned.
