19-year-old, Monica (Christie) Wilson left the Snappy convenience store at midnight on 08/26/1982, where she was employed as a clerk. Christie was murdered and her body dumped in a rural area. Her car, an orange, 1969 Pontiac Lemans, was found abandoned in Liberty.

Christie had been recently married, she had an outgoing personality and was well-liked in the community.
