DETAILS:

Richard Anthony "Tony" Garza, a 21 year old Hispanic male, disappeared from southern Bexar County on 09-14-1984. He was reported missing by his father on 09-20-1984.
On 01-04-1986, Richard's remains were found in Wilson County near US Hwy 181 and FM 3444 (now called FM 775). His cause of death was determined to be a homicide. At the time of his disappearance, Richard was working as a stable hand on a local ranch with race horses. The Texas Rangers are assisting the Bexar County Sheriff's Office with the investigation.
