DETAILS:

Ivan AYALA is a criminal illegal immigrant from Mexico with ties to Nueces County, including the city of Corpus Christi, Texas. In November 2022, AYALA was arrested by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office for Assault of a Family/Household Member by Impeding Breath/Circulation. In June 2023, AYALA was arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for Illegal Re-Entry. Additionally, in June 2023, multiple warrants were issued out of Clay County for AYALA’s arrest, including Aggravated Robbery and Assault of a Family/Household Member by Impeding Breath/Circulation. In September 2023, AYALA was removed from the United States.
