Elijah Turner REYES is a documented Piru (Bloods) gang member with ties to El Paso County, including the city of El Paso, Texas. In 2019, REYES was convicted of Aggravated Robbery and subsequently sentenced to 5 years confinement. On May 22, 2025, a warrant was issued by the El Paso Police Department for REYES’ arrest for Murder. Additionally, on June 16, 2025, warrants were issued out of El Paso County for his arrest for Failure to Appear (Original Offenses: Burglary of Habitation, Possession of Controlled Substance, Assault of a Pregnant Person).
