Trevor Rhea MCEUEN, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, was captured on June 2, 2025, near Grand Saline, Texas, following a SWAT standoff. Texas DPS Criminal Investigations Division (CID) Special Agents, Texas Rangers, US Marshals Service, and Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office corroborated investigative efforts and determined MCEUEN was hiding in Van Zandt County.In the early morning hours on June 2, Kaufman County SWAT and Henderson County SWAT teams, assisted by members of the US Marshals Task Force, served a search warrant at a location along Hwy 80 near Grand Saline, leading to MCEUEN’s capture.Trevor MCEUEN had been charged with capital murder by terroristic threat, murder, and multiple counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, after he allegedly shot 35-year-old Aaron Martinez in 2023. On May 5, 2025, MCEUEN failed to appear for his scheduled court date. That morning, he also removed his court-ordered ankle monitor and left his residence.A Texas Crime Stoppers reward will not be paid for his arrest.
