DETAILS:

Juan Noel RAMOS is a convicted sex offender required to register every three months. He has ties to Potter County, including the city of Amarillo, Texas. In 2023, RAMOS was convicted of four counts of Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact following incidents with a 10-year-old girl. He was subsequently sentenced to 10 years’ probation. On December 14, 2023, a warrant was issued out of Randall County for this arrest for Probation Violation (Original Offense: Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact (x4)). Additionally, on January 18, 2024, a warrant was issued out of Potter County for his arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.
